The client requested a modern and minimalistic outdoor living space that would accommodate their large family while blending seamlessly with the architectural design of the house. From the third-floor terrace to the ground-level deck and water dock, this project offers functional outdoor living areas with uninterrupted water views.

Sleek, Minimalist Design with Versatility

This multi-level terrace features custom Trex composite decking, frameless glass railings, and wide open spaces for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Designed for a large family, the project offers multiple outdoor spaces at various levels, all with stunning water views.

  • Third-Floor Terrace: Equipped with a small kitchen, outdoor shower, custom U-shaped seating, and a linear propane fire pit.
  • Second-Floor Terrace: Connects the bedrooms with custom planters and includes a spiral staircase for easy access to the ground.
  • Ground-Level Deck: Grand stairs lead to the yard with storage access and a full-size kitchen, entertainment area, outdoor TV, and speakers.
  • Water Dock: Extends 80 feet into the ocean with cable railings and a mix of fixed and floating sections for easy water access.
