Creating a Shared Rooftop Terrace

Working as part of the building’s construction team, we were tasked with completing a shared rooftop terrace on the top floor and several private terraces. The goal was to create a modern, low-maintenance space where residents could enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation. Here’s a summary of the key features:

• Concrete pavers installed on a pedestal system, making it easy to remove or service the roof membrane when needed.
• Outdoor kitchen finished with Fiberon composite decking and Quartz countertop, featuring a built-in sink and a gas grill.
• Wooden pergola provides shade while creating a designated area for relaxation and cooking.
• Composite privacy fence in Fiberon decking hides the air conditioning units while maintaining aesthetic continuity.
• Integrated lighting including wall sconces by the kitchen and exits, and recessed floor lights along the perimeter for a safe, well-lit ambiance.
